Super Thrifty pharmacies would like to make it as convenient as possible to refill your prescriptions. In order to do this, we would like to offer you the ability to reorder your prescriptions online via the form below.

Just select your store, fill in your contact information, input the prescription numbers you wish to refill and hit the “Submit” button. Your refill request will then be sent to the store you selected and added into the queue. You may be contacted by a pharmacist if they have any questions regarding the refill, so please include a valid phone number where you are most likely to be reached.

Please reference the sample prescription label on this page.  It will provide you with the location (on your existing medication) of all the information required to fill in your online prescription refill request below.
